2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the Service, or using any features provided within the Fu Wang application, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Terms.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• These Terms apply to all users of the Service.

3. Eligibility

Use of the Service is limited to individuals who:

• Are 21 years of age or older
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate registration information

The Company reserves the right to deny access or terminate accounts of users who fail to meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration

Users may choose to display a nickname within the application.
Each user may only maintain one account.

6. Description of Services

The Fu Wang application provides services including:

• Reservation of Mahjong playing sessions
• Ordering of food and beverages during gameplay
• Purchase and use of virtual Coins
• Interaction between users within the platform

All services available through the platform are operated directly by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.

7. Mahjong Session Reservations

Users may reserve Mahjong sessions through the application.
Reservations require payment at the time of booking.

By making a reservation, users acknowledge and agree that:

• Reservations cannot be cancelled
• Reservations cannot be rescheduled
• Reservations are final once confirmed

The Company reserves the right to cancel reservations in circumstances including but not limited to operational issues, safety concerns, or technical failures.

8. Food and Beverage Orders

Users may place food and beverage orders through the application during gameplay sessions.

Orders placed through the application:

• Cannot be cancelled after submission
• Are final and non-refundable

Food preparation times are estimates and may vary.
The Company is not responsible for food allergies, dietary restrictions, or adverse reactions to food.
Users are responsible for verifying that ordered items meet their dietary requirements.

9. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed within the Service are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Prices include applicable taxes.

Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers including:

• Midtrans

Supported payment methods may include:

• QRIS
• E-wallets
• Payment cards

The Company does not store payment credentials.
Prices may change without prior notice.

10. Virtual Currency (Coins)

The Fu Wang platform utilizes a virtual credit system known as Coins.
Coins may be:

• Purchased with real money
• Awarded through promotional programs

Coins represent a closed-loop virtual credit system.
Coins:

• Have no monetary value outside the platform
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• Cannot be transferred to other users
• Cannot be withdrawn to bank accounts or e-wallets

Coins are not considered:

• Legal tender
• Electronic money
• Financial instruments

The Company reserves the right to:

• Modify the Coin system
• Adjust Coin values
• Remove Coins from user accounts
• Discontinue the Coin system

If a user account is suspended or terminated, remaining Coins may be forfeited without compensation.

12. Data Collection

During account registration and use of the Service, the Company may collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Purchase history
• User ratings

This information is used primarily for operational and analytical purposes.

13. Data Usage

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Indonesia.
